The LMT 9390019 is a true Mil-Spec M4 receiver extension. Generally only used on issued US Military firearms, this buffer tube is a little different from the standard 6 position offered by LMT. Reducing the number of positions to 4, only featuring the two specified drain ports, a non-timed threading with a standard rear position vs offset for the buffer retaining pin shelf, and lastly a dry film lubed interior with hard coat anodized exterior make up the mil-spec features.
