American Defense UIC Billet AR-15 Lower Receiver - Ambidextrous

The heart of the American Defense Universal Improved Carbine is now available for you to build your own. Machined from a solid 7075-T6 aluminum billet, the UIC billet lower is 40% stronger than a traditional Mil-Spec receiver while only weighing half an ounce more. To add to the toughness of this stripped lower receiver, American Defense applies a type III Teflon infused hardcoat anodized finish that protects against wear and corrosion for long term use. However, the fully integrated ambidextrous controls are what make this lower one of the most versatile. The UIC lower receiver features a truly ambidextrous bolt catch and magazine release pre-installed from the factory. But the ergonomics don't end there, the 20° flared magazine well aids in fast magazine changes and the enlarged trigger guard is ready for use with gloves. With chamfered edges and ambi controls, the ADM UIC billet lower receiver is the perfect start for your next build.

Trigger compatibility:

• Not compatible with triggers that require external anti-rotation plates or screws

Also Included with the American Defense UIC lower receiver is the dimpled takedown pins that make disassembling your rifle easier. To eliminate any possible wobble between receivers, a tension screw is included. This screw is installed in the bottom of the lower near the grip screw and applies pressure on the upper receiver. American Defense have included every possible feature in this stripped lower receiver group, so you can build a highly capable AR-15.
